I was there on Saturday with Juan. We went and had a look at some of the plants and trees and other parts of the garden. |
| This is one of the monkey puzzle trees that Juan took a photo of. | ![]() |

This is another monkey puzzle tree. |
| This is the third one. What I like about them is their branches are very spiky and sharp. That's why monkeys and other animals want to climb them. | ![]() |

This is a view of the waterfall from the Chinese bridge where it was so lovely and peaceful. |
| This is the late Queen Mother's garden shed. There is a plaque in the middle of its frame. As you can see there is shell and marble all over. | ![]() |

This is the ceiling in the Queen Mother's House at the Botanic Gardens |
| This is the inside of the house. It is so nice and lovely with all the nice stones on it. | ![]() |

This is a nice rhododendron bush. |
| This is a bush that is made out of silver paper. It looks as if it is a piece of art which it is and very nice too. | ![]() |

When Juan and I came out of the Queen Mothers house we were looking at all the organisations she was involved with and one was the THISTLE FOUNDATION and another the Trefoil Guild. |
