| This is me down at Leith Docks to see round the sister ship of the Lord Nelson ship which it is very available for all the Disabled people. They work alongside the able bodied people. I went down with Marilyn one of the staff from the Thistle Foundation. |  |

| This is me going down to the galley after my day on watch. Then I went off to the bunk for a sleep and then to the dining quarters for my tea. It was all very nice. They have alot of food for their journey. |  |
